DESCRIPTION:
Relief Pak® Hot/Cold Donut™, Roll-on Compression Sleeve compress offers heat therapy, cold therapy and compression. The roll-on pack is easy to apply and stays in place without straps. The pack provides cold or hot treatment to soothe discomfort from arthritis, sprains, strains, bruises and swelling. Simply heat pack in microwave to make warm, or chill in freezer to make cool. Each pack comes with a compression sleeve to wear between the pack and your skin. Pack is non-toxic.

- Cold: Store in freezer or refrigerator for 2+ hours prior to use
- It is recommended that any user does not exceed 20 minutes for cold application
- Hot: Heat 3L of water and place Donut in water. Remove when warm
- Microwave: Lay Donut flat in the center and heat on Defrost for 1 minute. If additional heating is required, continue for 20 second intervals
