Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original, unopened packaging
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized bracing
- Taping products
- Liquid products
- Aerosol or pressurized products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Select health and personal care items
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Items showing signs of use
- Opened media or software (where applicable)
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- NO partial refunds given after 30 days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
- Contact your bank

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for size or quantity adjustments.
- Items must be unused and in resalable condition
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs
- For defective products, please contact the manufacturer directly

Shipping Returns
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original purchase shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for items shipped. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
