DESCRIPTION:
Mepilex® Border Heel is a self-adherent, absorbent dressing to be used as part of a prophylactic therapy to prevent pressure ulcers and minimize the risk of maceration. For wound treatment it maintains a moist wound environment. The waterproof outer layer protects from dirt and bacteria. The dressing has a Safetac® wound contact layer that is a unique adhesive technology. It minimizes pain to patients and trauma to wounds and skin at dressing removal.
